Apprenticeship Sponsor Agreement

Designated official signing for sponsor. An apprenticeship agreement is an obligation signed between the apprentice and the employer or sponsor. Signature of the apprentice: the trainee must sign an agreement in which he declares that he has read the terms of the agreement and consents to it. Accounting of previous experience: the imputation can be attributed but must not exceed 50% for the duration of the training. Credit experience may be granted by the program sponsor, but must be approved by DAS The training start date is the date on which the intern signed the agreement and must have been received by DAS within 30 days of that date. The candidate concludes with the employer a contract called an apprenticeship contract in which the employer assumes responsibility for the apprentice`s training in the craft sector. The contract defines the duration and nature of the training, the total number of hours of attendance teaching required and the scale of remuneration during the training period. School authorization: if the apprentice signs the apprenticeship agreement, he accepts the conditions on the back of the agreement and gives access to the DATs to all associated teaching records. Cost of the apprentice: all costs incurred by the apprentice must be initial. Number of hours per day / week / overtime rate: the apprentice`s hours work one day, more than a week, and what is the overtime rate for the hours worked during the regular work week. Signature of the parent/legal guardian: signature of the legal guardian, if necessary.
